Term 4 Week 5 TPS Returning Student Form Alert Lvl 3 Step 2

Te Papapa School is delighted to be able to welcome children back to school on Wednesday 17 November 2021 at 8.50am. To help with our planning we are asking if possible for you to please fill out our Returning Student form that is atttached. This will give us a good indication on what supports we may need in place. Unfortunately after school care will not be able to operate under level 3, we will keep you updated when this service will start again. We cannot wait to see your smiling faces next week.

Term 4 Week 5, Returning to TPS Lvl 3 Step 2 Form

We are able to welcome more children back onsite under Alert Level 3 Step 2 from Wednesday 17 November. We will be using a range of public health measures to keep the students safe. Further measures will be in place and these will be shared with you once we have a better idea of the number of students that will be returning. ** Please fill a form in for each child separately**.
