Extreme Makeover: Cloak-bay Edition

Once upon time, in a cloak-bay not so far away, a teacher named Matua Ben was sad because his walls were so drab.

One day, a gallant teacher named Mrs Leota and the valiant children of Room 9 channeled their inner Annie McIvor to turn this space from drab to fab.

After exploring areas of native bush plantings outside our classroom, and with the artworks of local artist Annie McIvor in mind, Room 9 created stunning artwork of their own to brighten up our cloak-bay.

Our artistic students used chalk, crayon and dye to create these eye-catching images.

These creative pieces now grace the walls of our cloak-bay – come take a look!
